Synergy’s mechanical division supports water utilities, manufacturing plants, contracting groups and facility operators with the pumping, pipework and fabrication capability needed to build, run and recover critical plant. Pump packages are specified against real system curves — static head, friction losses, duty and standby philosophy, NPSH margin and the expected operating envelope — not simply matched to a nameplate. That discipline is what prevents cavitation, premature seal failure and the energy waste of running an oversized unit permanently throttled.
Our fabrication teams produce and install carbon steel, stainless and GI pipework, skids, platforms, tanks and supports, with welding carried out to recognised procedures and inspected to the project specification. Combined with our motor winding workshop, clients get both new-build capability and rapid breakdown recovery from a single partner.
