Synergy’s civil division delivers construction and refurbishment works for commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential clients. Our scope runs from substructure and superstructure through to finishes, external works and specialist structures, managed by supervisors who understand the practical realities of building in the region’s climate.
Renovation is a significant part of our workload — offices, retail units, warehouses, villas and plant buildings upgraded while adjacent areas remain operational. That requires careful phasing, dust and noise control, temporary services and close coordination with the client’s facilities team, all planned into the programme from the outset.
We also self-deliver the specialist elements main contractors routinely subcontract: building and protective painting, interlock block works, cantilever and conventional car parking shades, fabricated and automated gates, and swimming pool construction with full filtration and treatment plant.
