Construction begins with structural design against the actual ground conditions and expansive-soil risk common along the coast, followed by a reinforced concrete shell, waterproofing membrane, tiling and coping, then the circulation pipework, filtration and dosing plant sized to the pool volume and expected bather load — not a generic turnover rate pulled off a supplier datasheet. Chlorination or salt-chlorination systems are selected against water chemistry and maintenance appetite, and every plant room is commissioned and pressure-tested before handover.
